The System Manages Core Hospital Operations Such As Patient Registration, Appointment Scheduling, Medical Records, Billing, And Staff Management While Embedding A Unique, Encrypted QR Code For Each Patient And Staff Member. The QR Code Serves As A Secure Identifier, Enabling Controlled Access To Sensitive Health Data And Reducing Risks Of Identity Theft Or Unauthorized Entry. By Leveraging QR Code Technology, The Proposed System Ensures Data Integrity, Confidentiality, And Easy Retrieval Of Records, While Also Streamlining Hospital Workflows. This Framework Not Only Strengthens Data Security But Also Enhances Operational Efficiency, Offering A Reliable, Scalable, And User-friendly Solution For Modern Healthcare Institutions.
